    About the Role

    We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to support our client projects and internal brand development. You’ll work on creating brand identity packages, marketing assets, and presentation designs that align with Nudena’s modern, innovative approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop branding assets including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines.

    • Create visual identities and brand collateral for clients and Nudena's in-house projects.

    • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, and pitch decks.

    • Assist with Nudena | CREATE accelerator visuals and promotional materials.

    • Collaborate with Web Programmers to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 2+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, or marketing design.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).

    • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing projects.

    • Experience with presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

    Hours: Project-based, flexible

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Website Programmer / Software Engineer to build and optimize websites for our clients and maintain Nudena’s web platforms. You’ll be working on branding-heavy web projects, e-commerce integrations, and potentially contribute to Nudena HQ’s development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain client websites (Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom-coded solutions).

    • Ensure seamless integration of branding and visual identity into web designs.

    • Troubleshoot website functionality, performance, and optimization issues.

    • Implement and manage e-commerce and digital product platforms.

    • Support Nudena HQ’s software development (if applicable).

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 2+ years of experience in web development and UI/UX design.

    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify.

    • Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI design.

    • Understanding of responsive design and SEO best practices.

    Experience with e-commerce or membership site development is a plus.

    We are hiring a Project Manager to coordinate our client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and teams stay on track. You’ll be responsible for managing project timelines, communication, and team coordination across Industrial Design, Branding, and Web projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

    • Track project deliverables, contractor assignments, and client communication.

    • Manage project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar).

    • Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Web Programmers, and Sales Manager to ensure smooth execution.

    • Optimize workflow efficiency for better project delivery and profitability.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 2–4 years of experience in creative project management.

    • Familiarity with branding, web design, or industrial design processes.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion).

    About the Role

    We’re looking for an Operations & Sales Manager to help grow Nudena’s client base, streamline internal workflows, and create revenue-driving opportunities. You will focus on client acquisition, partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy for industrial design, branding, and web design services.

    • Handle client outreach, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.

    • Identify and implement new revenue streams (workshops, digital products, partnerships).

    • Create systems for tracking project profitability, invoicing, and operational workflows.

    • Secure collaborations for Nudena CREATE and Nudena HUB.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or creative studio operations.

    • Strong understanding of design industries (branding, web, industrial design).

    • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and proposal software (Better Proposals, PandaDoc).

    • Ability to manage both operational workflows and client relationships.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
